Vybz Kartel’s forthcoming album The Sun is scheduled for December 18, 2026. Apple Music’s pre-release page lists that date and credits Vybz Kartel Muzik and Silver Birds Records. The project is available to pre-add through its music-service campaign page.
Reggaeville’s current release listing contains 16 tracks. Among them are the title track, Winning, Zelle featuring Fixaveli, and God and Mi Mother featuring Likkle Addi. These details are attributed to that listing; pre-release information can change before the album arrives.
In ZIP103 FM’s report on its interview with Kartel, the artiste described The Sun as the first part of a wider album series called The Universe, with The Moon and The Star among the planned follow-ups.
The date is an upcoming release commitment, rather than an indication that the full album is already available. Fans can follow the Apple Music, campaign and Reggaeville links below for the release and track information.
