Shenseea’s Catalyst arrived on November 6, 2026. Apple Music confirms eight songs and a running time of approximately 21 minutes, with a Columbia Records/Since ’93 copyright line under exclusive licence from Shenyeng Inc.
The EP’s announced guests include Vybz Kartel, Asake and Loe Shimmy. The release brings Jamaican dancehall into contact with collaborators from Nigeria and the United States, continuing Shenseea’s work across different musical audiences.
In a November 6 Jamaica Observer interview, Shenseea described Vulnerability as central to the project. She said expressing thoughts she had previously kept to herself helped restore her creative focus and enjoyment of making music.
She also discussed reconnecting with the energy of her earlier recordings while developing a new phase of her career. The interview places that change alongside personal reflection, with the EP offering a shorter collection through which to hear her current direction.
