Jamaican producer Danny Brownie is behind “Who God Says I Am,” a 15-track reggae gospel album from Chicago-raised singer JoZee scheduled for October 6, 2026.
The Main Street Records project explores faith and identity while fulfilling the singer’s longstanding ambition to record reggae.
Sessions began during a Christmas visit to Jamaica in 2023, when a studio invitation from Brownie produced their first song together and eventually developed into a full album.
JoZee has cited Third World among the Jamaican acts that first sparked her interest in reggae music.
