The Antigua and Barbuda Festivals Commission has launched a Music Production and Artist Development Department aimed at strengthening the island’s music pipeline beyond the carnival season.
The programme includes vocal coaching, songwriting, stage development, production support, workshops, masterclasses and writers’ camps.
The commission also plans a professional recording and production facility and has begun connecting local talent with regional artists and producers.
The initiative gives Antigua and Barbuda a more structured route for developing artists for both the Caribbean market and wider international opportunities.
