Saint Martin’s sixth Festival de la Gastronomie will take place from November 11–22, 2026, bringing local cuisine, tastings and cooking events into the spotlight.
Guadeloupean chef Jimmy Bibrac is the festival’s patron. Saint Martin chefs Amanda Whit and François Baly are the local ambassadors named on the official festival website.
Coconut is this year’s featured ingredient. The programme includes cooking workshops, demonstrations, restaurant and private-chef competitions, street food and a barbecue competition.
The official calendar also lists Taste of Sunrise on November 8 and One Night Only on November 10 ahead of the main festival dates. Visitors can consult the organiser’s programme for individual event details and booking information.
