Sint Eustatius will mark an historic 250 years since the First Salute with a week-long programme from November 10 through November 16.
The programme opens with Roots & Rhythms — Stories Under the Stars and continues with Gospel Night, Youth Night, Diamond Waterfall, Culture Night and All White on the Rock.
The main Statia Day commemoration takes place November 16 at Fort Oranje, the site associated with the 1776 salute that gave the island a lasting place in American Revolutionary history.
